Yes. When entering the venue, you must be able to prove, if requested by our security staff, that you are over 18. Your DNI or NIE is the easiest way to do so.

As you know, Brunch is an event for people aged 18 and over, so we recommend that you always carry your original official ID with you. A driving licence or passport is also accepted, and you may be asked to show it at the entrance.

Re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the venue, you will have to purchase a new ticket to enter again, provided that tickets are still available.

We would love to, but unfortunately animals are not allowed inside the venue.

We do not have a cloakroom, but there will be a storage service where you can leave small items such as motorcycle helmets. Clothing cannot be stored.

After two months, any items left in storage that have not been claimed will be donated to different organisations we collaborate with. The same applies to lost property.

Tickets are purchased on the understanding that there is a risk of adverse weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organisation’s control, no proportional refund will be issued.

It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue with illegal substances.

Brunch Electronik is a NO DRUG-FRIENDLY event.

All attendees must go through a strict security check, including a search and inspection of bags, backpacks, purses and belt bags.

Anyone found carrying or consuming any type of illegal substance will be removed from the event.

Take care of yourself and look after your friends!

In the event that the event is cancelled before the doors open due to circumstances beyond the organisation’s control, the full ticket price will be refunded.

We will provide information about discounts for future events as they become available.

We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Tickets will only be available at the box office on days when advance tickets have not sold out.

We do not support third-party resale platforms, including TicketSwap.

We work exclusively with Resident Advisor to provide a verified and fair ticket resale method.

All tickets require the original purchaser and their ID to be present at the entrance. Any ticket purchased through an unauthorised third party will not grant access to the event.

We are firmly against the resale of duplicated or unofficial tickets.

Professional photographic cameras (DSLR) and video cameras are not permitted inside the venue, except in cases expressly authorised by the organisation.

As for drinks, you may bring a plastic bottle containing less than half a litre of water.
